A pad is a signature, not a claim. Rules of the index, in full
Anyone can say they run a launchpad. The chain says who actually made a coin. Every pad below is in the table because its launches can be told apart from everybody else's by something written on chain, and the exact thing we look at is printed in its row. A pad whose launches cannot be told apart is listed and never counted, and it cannot enter the index.
The signatures
checked on chainThe weight of a pad
Monday 00:00 UTCA pad's weight is its share of the coins that graduated across the index in the last seven days. Graduated means the coin left its bonding curve and opened a real pool. The share is then held between a floor and a cap, and what the cap takes off the leader is handed to the rest in proportion to their own score, so the weights always add up to a hundred.
Where the money goes

- Forwarded by hand to the keeper, then split70 / 20 / 10
- The basket of pad tokens70%
- Buying $LCM back and burning it20%
- RPC and the server10%
- RebalanceMonday 00:00 UTC
- Sells only a pad over target by5 points

Every rebalance writes its weights into a memo on chain and every trade, burn and payout is a signature you can open on an explorer, from the basket and the payouts pages. Nothing here is advice, and a pad token can go to zero while the index still holds it.
